CRUISING THE MEDITERRANEAN

Arriving at Barcelona, the beach below is grabbing my attention, I so wanted to dive into the turquoise water and wriggle my toes in the sand. Spain is breathtaking.

First glimpse of the cruise ship. We thought it was a building at first when we only saw part of it. We all get a seapass to check in.

The sea is extremely translucent and clear. First sighting of France’s land edge is visible, their housing are interesting.

Inside the ship, we were mesmerized by the lighting and the infrastructures. I don’t think anyone can enter this ship without having ‘titanic’ in mind though.. haha

First of all, everyone had to find their room. An interactive board will show the directions by entering room numbers. We got lost for a few times.

This looks like a mini ship, this is where one can do an indoor ‘titanic’ euphoric moment.

The lifts are most spectacular, they change the week label daily, like you will know when it is Monday.

Looking upwards and downwards from a great height, the steep drop and all round glass interior.

Below are labyrinth of staircases that leads spirals downwards.

There are some exciting Egyptians theme going on at some parts of the ship.

A replica of the Egyptian obelisk with pictograms below. I heard they are in Rome and Italy too, where we are going along.Inside, cabins windows line both sides of the main promenade.

Pink cupcake shop that makes decorative cupcakes, looks really pretty from the outside and Ben& Jerry ice cream is just a few doors away.

It does look like something out of dream land, the miniature-ness of the shops are so cute. There are food shops that provide 24 hours of free food and drink for the cruisers but the buffets for breakfast and then lunch is already too much for me, after that there’s also a three course meal for the evening, absolutely too much food ><
