Bristol's best local gourmet raw chocolate will be made by Gisela Lee at the market stalls in Bedminster alongside with other team members who will be producing other great goods as well.
Recent health trend has increased consumer shifting towards a healthier lifestyle, this approach has been taken up by Gisela Lee. Her creation will contain no sugar, no milk nor unhealthy ingredients found in many chocolate in the market.
The chocolate will be raw, organic and vegan. Her vision is to empower people with living a healthier lifestyle and having more health awareness as well to inspire to live environmentally sustainable and to work actively within the local community.
